Mara is a trained accountant with many years of experience in this sector, as well as in human resource management and the organization of vocational training courses for the unemployed. Mara also carried out the administrative management of various multinational offices in Switzerland as "Office Manager ". She joined her husband Marco in 2003 in the family business in Italy which deals with real estate development with the role of "Office & Marketing Manager" and after a few years of experience, and especially after having followed a Real Estate Agent course, she takes care of the presentation and the sale of the company's real estate as well as their pre-sale decoration (2D/3D virtual and real Home Staging). Currently managing the company Gastaldi SARL and after 18 years of experience in this sector, she is now in charge, in addition to the accounting and financial aspects of the business, of the decoration of the apartments that she is renovating with her husband Marco and his team of decorators.

MARCO PUGLIESE
Partner - Project Manager

Marco graduated as a surveyor in 1988 and whilst practicing his profession, he obtains a degree in architecture from the Polytechnic University of Milano in 1995. After leading multiple real estate development projects on behalf of his family business, Marco sets out to run his own Architecture firm, gaining invaluable experience as a technical manager. He now directs the execution of works on the construction sites of Gastaldi SARL and with his 33 years of experience, he is able to offer customers complete and efficient coordination of all the trades involved in the construction process and provides a "turnkey" quality service within budget and on time.

IN-HOUSE PAINT & DECORATOR

Natural team leader with more than 40 years of experience in the sector. He is a colour specialist and perfectly masters its manipulation in search of the perfect tint. He is also a decoration specialist who has perfect mastery of Venetian stucco, marble, faux-marble, faux-wood, faux -ceramics, patinas, resin, waxed concrete and in the installation of wallpaper, carpet, linoleum, pvc, laminates and stickers. He is also an avid carpenter.

Tile painter with more than 15 years of experience, specializing in the installation of floor and wall coverings such as tiles, earthenware, laminate and pvc as well as in the installation of false ceilings and walls in BA13. Mason training.
